I've flipped again. Analog to digital: I’ve started using Todoist for task management. I miss the paper list 📃(how easy to throw things down!), but it’s just too difficult to parse and I’m not willing to have different pages for different projects or teams.
At least I no longer track a delegation or question to ask a team in my tasks: I keep a separate pen & paper ledger. That way it’s easy to throw a thought down and easy to pull the page up when next on the phone with said team 📱. Also means I don’t clutter my task list with all the things I’ve asked others to do.
