End of the year! Time to get ready for 2025 and do a new 'quarterly review' 📓. For this week though:

🧠 Understanding:

• The uphill battle of working on my ‘leadership plan’

🧶 Creating & cultivating:

• Finished the floor! Well, mainly
• 🔨 Curtains & shelving throughout the house
• A beard, temporarily anyway 🧔‍♂️
• 2025's personal planner (Sterling Ink, Common Planner N2-H Compact)

📺 Consuming:

• A lot of food especially 🍪 gingerbread and takeaway curry
• 📺 SNL clips on Youtube
• Re-reading Stardust by Neil Gaiman

🔆 Connecting:

• ⚔ Grimdark Future Gang Wars (tabletop miniature wargame) with my brother
• Lot’s of 🎄 Christmas connection with my extended family and my sister-in-law

🏹 One thing for future self:

• I kinda missed a bit of 1:1 time with my wife
