2025-w45 conflict
The word that sums up this week is: conflict (fallout) ๐ก. I posted earlier about an incident at work which left me in a bit of a tough spot. Thankfully, the manager in question is expressing willingness to return on Mon! It was helpful some days this week to avoid committing to achieving anything, just going through the day.
A top moment for me was spending some time on Friday looking over a little positive feedback Iโd had ๐ค: we all need that sometimes!. Something Iโm looking forward to next week is carving out some reflective time in the week. I need to lead from a place of authenticity in myself, maybe this will help.

๐ Connecting: Felt a little disconnected with my wife, but nice to have some extended family to visit on Sunday ๐.
